Es una película sobre las relaciones y los cambios que ocurren en las vidas de las personas cuando se enamoran. Tej es un hombre con dinero al que le gustan las mujeres pero que no se quiere casar. Tiene una amiga que es modelo, Shimmer, y ella esta locamente enamorada de un hombre que no tiene intención de casarse, Tej tiene que casarse con una mujer para poder hacerse con el poder de la empresa, y por eso se casa con Sammarpreet...

Dulha Mil Gaya is a film about relationships and the changes that happen in people's lives when they fall in love. Tej (fardeen khan)is a wealthy man who likes women but does not intend on getting married.He has a friend who is a model Shimmer(Sushmita Sen)and she is in love with a man deeply and does not intend to get married.Tej has to marry a woman to own the company so he marries Sammarpreet(ishita sharma). Tej go away for 3 months and doe not contact his wife so sammarpreet decided to go to where he lives. When she reaches there she sees her husband kissing anothe girl. She then sadly walks on the road and get hit by a car.She rolls down a hill and stopped at another road where Shimmer finds her. Shimmer realises that Tej has married and she did not want to leave sammarpreet in that situation. Shimmer make overs sammarpreet and Tej falls in love with her not knowing she is his wife.Then it is later revealed that sammarpreet is his wife and Shimmer gets married to the man she loves who is Pavan(shahrukh khan).
